Effective Communication

Communication shapes how we’re understood at work, in school, and in our personal lives. This interactive session, developed by north star, walks participants through the communication process; active listening, minimizing bias, understanding nonverbal queues, and how to ask thoughtful, open-ended questions. Through real-world scenarios (in person, texts, emails, and more), attendees build practical skills for clearer, more confident dialogue.
