The Touro Law Small Business Legal Assistance Clinic will be at the Miller Center to meet with clients to answer questions such as choosing the correct business entity, commercial lease considerations, potential employee issues, general website policies, and basic business documents. Professor Marzano-Doty and her clinic students will provide guidance to for-profit businesses, of 10 or less employees, located in Nassau/Suffolk counties. Please bring any necessary documents with you.
