Many news stories discuss AI entering the workplace. Students wonder how they will compete for jobs after graduation and some parents question if college is worth the time, energy and money. If you know how to leverage the college experience, then those connections, collaborations and networks can be very valuable. The key is getting involved on your campus and in your community. There are opportunities for every student, even first-time leaders and those who aren’t ‘joiners.’ This session offers tips and techniques to get ahead by maximizing the human skills that AI cannot replicate: teamwork, leadership and communication.
