Practical AI for Small Business

This short session introduces some practical ways to use AI in small business marketing (which we all need to do!), without losing your voice or sounding generic. You’ll learn why most AI outputs fall flat, how to train AI with your own expertise and positioning, and how to set it up to produce work that reflects your business. The session introduces a simple framework for building a “knowledge center” so your AI can produce work that is on-brand and strategically sound.
