By providing laboratory space, production facilities, and business support to technology, science and food start-up companies, the Incubator has enhanced Eastern Long Island’s agricultural and environmental industries. To date it’s 25,000 square foot facility has hosted 9 technology and 50 food companies.
Each week, Tiana Le uses the Incubator’s 8,400 square foot Food Production Facility to produce more than 500 of her delicious spring rolls. We got to see her in action making Trio Mac-n-Cheese rolls…we even helped make a few!
2014 was Tiana’s first EXPO and she had a great show. Tiana brought more than 200 spring rolls and 45 buns and SOLD OUT.
